Description: A candidate must be looking at working a minimum of 1 year as an intern. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Full debtors’ function: statements, remittances, claims, credits, rebates, reconciliation.
  • Creditors processing: purchase orders, invoices, reconciliation statements, returns.
  • Cash books processing: bank statements and petty cash processing, matching receipts and payments, reconciliation.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts.
  • Banking: loading beneficiaries, payments, transfers, exporting statements, PoPs.
  • Prepare sales, stock, and other required reports.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system: paper documentation, emails, Cloud.

Description: A candidate must be looking at working a minimum of 1 year as an intern. 

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning across various departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:

    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient operations.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  2. Administrative Support:

    • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
    • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for documents and records.
    • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
  3. Data Entry and Documentation:

    • Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
    • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files and records.
  4. Communication:

    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing assistance and information as needed.
    • Coordinate communication between departments and team members.
  5. Financial Support:

    • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
    • Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  6. General Support:

    • Provide general administrative support to team members and departments as required.
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
